A First Look at Rancho Los Cerritos
Melissa and Anthony got married at a Church in Long Beach. Prior to the ceremony, they wanted to get some beautiful portraits of them and family photos in a nice and historical settings. Melissa found Rancho Los Cerritos and thought it was the perfect spots for their Romantics Portraits. Little did she knew, Anthony had a surprise for her!
“Margot was our Photographer on our wedding day! She was great! We are so soo happy with the photos! They came out beautiful!!! Thank you! Margot!”

At the last minute, we improvised a first look by the green door. The light was soft and everything was set to provide a romantic and sweet moment between Melissa and Anthony.
We then headed to the garden. In our final call, Melissa made sure I knew how she loved the old Ficus Tree in the middle of the garden. We started our portrait session there to make the best out of the light.
I had chatted with Anthony before the first look and he revealed that he had a little surprised for Melissa. A couple of month ago, her engagement ring went missing but he ordered a new one and wanted to offer her the engagement ring before the ceremony.
We organized a password code for the best moment to “propose” again. I posed them back to back under the old tree and you can see Anthony reaching out for the engagement ring in his pocket already. I love to see Melissa’s face in this photo and realize she has no idea what’s going to happen!
Melissa was so moved by the gesture and… She said yes again!
We walked around the garden and took photos of the future wedded among the greenery and the flowers. What an incredible setting this Venue offers…
